Common Reasons Messages Fail to Send
You may have noticed that the message was not sent while sending the message. Or you may have sent a file and the recipient did not receive it. You may be confused as to why? You have done everything correctly but the result is not correct. Don't worry, we will discuss these cases below.
To check the status of a message, from the account management page, in the Sent Messages section, press the Show Sent Message button to display a list of message statuses.

Number usage structure
The most common error is related to not using international numbers correctly when sending messages. You can see the correct guide at this link.
You may have enabled or disabled the use of country prefixes in your account settings. (More information)
Deactivation of the service
Sometimes your WhatsApp service crashes, in which case 360Messenger automatically tries to connect to the service. By trying again, you can send the message.
If you are unable to send the message by following the standard number structure, it is better to disconnect and reconnect your WhatsApp number with 360Messenger.
Broken link
Sometimes the message is sent but the media sent in the message is not available to the recipient.
In this case, the media link is sent locally, which to fix, you must first upload the desired media to your host and then use the valid link to send the media.
