Before using any module, you need to create a connection between 360Messenger and Make.
Step 1: Get Your API Key

Log in to your 360Messenger account.

Open the Product Details page.

Click copy in APIKEY section.

Copy your API key.
Step 2: Create a Connection in Make

Log in to Make.

Create a new scenario.

Add a 360Messenger module.
- After selecting the 360Messenger module, select Watch New Message from the Triggers section.
- Select Create Webhook.
- In the Create a connection section, enter the APIKEY and click Save.
- Wait for the webhook to connect.

Save the connection.

Your 360Messenger account is now connected to Make.
Troubleshooting
If the connection fails:

Verify that your API key is correct.

Ensure your subscription is active.

Try reconnecting the module.
