You can easily upgrade your current plan or renew your subscription at any time from your 360Messenger account. Upgrading your plan gives you access to additional features and higher usage limits, while renewing your subscription helps ensure uninterrupted access to your service.
How to Upgrade Your Subscription
If you need more features or higher limits, you can upgrade your current plan directly from your account dashboard.
To upgrade your subscription:
Log in to your 360Messenger account. Select “Upgrade Service” from the “Service Management” section at the bottom of the product details page.
Select the plan that best suits your needs.
Complete the payment process.
Once your payment is confirmed, your account will automatically be updated.
How to renew your subscription
To continue using 360Messenger without interruption, be sure to renew your subscription before it expires.
To renew your plan:
Log in to your 360Messenger account. Select "renew" from the "Service Management" section at the bottom of the product details page.
Complete your payment.
Your subscription will automatically renew.
Your existing account settings and data will remain unchanged and You can continue using your WhatsApp connection without any additional settings.
Automatic payment
If you have recharged your wallet in 360Messenger, the system will renew the current service before its expiration and deduct the amount from your wallet.
You can also use it at the time of upgrade or purchase if your wallet balance is sufficient.
Note: If your current service is about to expire, you must renew your service after completing the upgrade process.
