Why Is 360Messenger Not Connecting?
You may encounter an error when connecting your WhatsApp number to 360Messenger. Or you may not be able to connect successfully by scanning the QR code or entering the code. We will examine them below.
Error Couldn’t link device
This error occurs in the linked devices section of the WhatsApp app.
This error can be due to the VPN being active on your phone, which is causing the app to not connect successfully to the Internet.
You should disable your VPN in the first step when encountering this error. And if the error is not resolved in the next step, check the phone’s connection status to the Internet.
Failure to link devices
If you intend to use the free 360Messenger plan with your WhatsApp account again using another account, the system will not allow you to connect your WhatsApp number.
Note: The free plan can only be used once for each number.
